Add SHARE Protocol as a Payee

This guide gives step by step instructions for how to add SHARE Protocol as a payee that you can use within your Symphonic distribution account.

This feature is currently in pilot stage and is available to select Symphonic customers only. If you're interested in working with us, please email [e-mail].

1. Login to Symphonic and navigate to SplitShare -> Splits -> New Split.

Symphonic -> SplitShare -> Splits -> New Split

1. Press Add Share -> Select Payee -> Create Payee.

By creating a new split, we're saving a setup in which SHARE Protocol is one of the "Shares". This split setup will be available for future use and won't have any immediate impact on your tracks or royalties.

Once you insert your cursor into the "Select Payee" input field, a "Create Payee" button will appear.

1. Enter the following Payee details:

Field	Value
Name	SHARE PROTOCOL
Invite Payee?	Yes
Email	[e-mail]
I want the payee to see their track percentages	Yes

By entering these details you're making SHARE Protocol available as a payee in Symphonic's royalty system.

1. Done! You now have SHARE saved as a payee which you can use to connect track earnings to the blockchain.
